LNG Infrastructure in RotterdamAt the Maasvlakte in Rotterdam, a new liquefied natural gas (LNG) break bulk terminal is under construction and it is planned to be completed by the end of Q2 in 2016.

The aim of the new infrastructure is to make LNG available for distribution to marine bunkering and truck fuelling stations.

The US$200 million project will enhance the use of LNG as a transport fuel in the Netherlands and Northwest of Europe.

To reduce vibrations level within the LNG cryogenic pipelines, a dynamic analysis has been carried out and VICODA has been chosen as the supplier for the vibration control devices for the cryogenic pipelines. The 50 spring supports will be delivered and installed before the end of 2015.
